Lake Elberta Park is a 178-acre multi-use park in Tallahassee, Florida, USA. It was opened in 1976 and named in honor of the Reverend Elberta Lowney, an African American woman, who served as Senior Minister and President of First Congregational Church of Tallahassee from 1946 through 1970.
