The Villa Mitchell is one of the few remaining pre-Civil War era houses in Tallahassee. It is a two-story frame house with a hipped roof and a veranda. Mitchell Villa was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. After graduating from high school, he attended Florida State University, where he earned a degree in business administration. Upon graduation, he began his career in the banking industry, eventually becoming a vice president at a local bank. He also became active in the Tallahassee community, serving on the boards of several local organizations. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.
