WestEnd Square, formerly Tallahassee Mall, is a 600,000-square-foot shopping center located just off I-10 in Tallahassee, Florida. The Center opened in 1984 and underwent extensive renovations in 2008, 2010, and 2015, boosting its retail space to 600,000 square feet. WestEnd Square contains approximately 75 shops, restaurants, and offices.

Under construction since 2013, the $94 million project features 290,000 square feet of retail space anchored by Winn-Dixie, Bed Bath & Beyond, Stein Mart, and PetSmart. It’s home to 22 new restaurants, a 24-screen AMC movie theater, and 130,000 square feet of office space. The 18-story WestEnd Square building is the tallest in downtown Tallahassee.
Westend Square Shopping Center, built in 1974, is located on South Monroe Street two miles north of downtown Tallahassee. It is located just east of I-10, and is easily accessible from I-75, I-10 and Capital Circle NE. There are 48,429 square feet of retail space, and 13,160 square feet of office space. Westend Square also offers 2,400 square feet of class A office space for lease.
