WestEnd Square, formerly Tallahassee Mall, is a 600,000-square-foot shopping center located just off I-10 in Tallahassee, Florida. The Center opened in 1984 and underwent extensive renovations in 2008, 2010, and 2015, boosting its retail space to 600,000 square feet. WestEnd Square contains approximately 75 shops, restaurants, and offices.

WestEnd Square is a lifestyle center in the heart of Tallahassee. The center features some of the area’s best restaurants, trendy boutiques, a gorgeous ice skating rink, and irresistible places to wine and dine. There is also a variety of events scheduled at the center throughout the year.

WestEnd Square is Tallahassee’s premiere retail and entertainment destination. Located at the intersection of W. Tharpe St. and Capital Circle NE, WestEnd Square provides an upscale shopping atmosphere, as well as dining and entertainment options. This 1,300,000+ square foot complex is home to 39 retailers including Forever 21, Barnes & Noble, and Barnes & Noble Cafe, as well as restaurants such as Maggiano’s Little Italy, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Cheesecake Factory. WestEnd Square also hosts two movie theaters, Regal WestEnd 14 and 16, both equipped with digital projection and stadium seating.

WestEnd Square is Tallahassee’s newest and largest retail center. Under construction since 2013, the $94 million project features 290,000 square feet of retail space anchored by Winn-Dixie, Bed Bath & Beyond, Stein Mart, and PetSmart. It’s home to 22 new restaurants, a 24-screen AMC movie theater, and 130,000 square feet of office space. The 18-story WestEnd Square building is the tallest in downtown Tallahassee.

Westend Square Shopping Center, built in 1974, is located on South Monroe Street two miles north of downtown Tallahassee. It is located just east of I-10, and is easily accessible from I-75, I-10 and Capital Circle NE. There are 48,429 square feet of retail space, and 13,160 square feet of office space. Westend Square also offers 2,400 square feet of class A office space for lease.

WestEnd Square, a 2.5 acre mixed-use development in Tallahassee, has quickly become one of the city’s hottest new spots. A 12-screen movie theater, a skate park, and a parking garage all anchor the development, which will also feature a CVS pharmacy and an assortment of restaurants.

Tallahassee’s downtown has been a popular spot since the city was founded, and it’s become even more so in recent years.
